1. Battery Maintenance (Core Component)
Adopt the principle of frequent shallow charging. Avoid fully draining the battery power, as long-term power deficit will cause irreversible capacity loss.
Charge the trolley in a dry and ventilated environment, keep away from high temperature and open fire, and do not use non-original chargers to avoid overcharging and short circuits.
Regularly check the battery terminals to ensure they are clean, non-oxidized and firmly connected. Replace the battery immediately if there is bulging or liquid leakage.
For long-term storage, recharge the battery every 15 days and keep the power level between 50% and 80% to protect battery activity.
2. Motor and Control System Maintenance
Regularly clean dust and sundries on the motor surface to prevent water ingress and circuit failure.
Stop using the trolley immediately if abnormal noise, jitter, weak power or overheating occurs during operation.
Strictly avoid overloading and long-time continuous high-intensity operation to prevent controller overheating and burnout.
Inspect the internal wiring harness regularly to check for aging, wear and loose plugs, and eliminate potential circuit hazards in time.

3. Frame, Tire and Chassis Maintenance
Check tire pressure and tire wear before daily use, and clean gravel and sundries on the tire surface to avoid tire puncture and eccentric wear.
Regularly apply lubricating grease to bearings, wheel shafts and steering parts to ensure flexible rotation and reduce mechanical wear and abnormal noise.
Check the frame welding points and fasteners frequently to ensure no cracks, deformation or loose screws, especially for load-bearing parts.
Avoid sudden start, sudden braking and violent collision to reduce structural impact on the frame and chassis.

4. Brake System Maintenance (Safety Guarantee)
Check brake sensitivity every day. Adjust or replace brake pads in time if there is weak braking, deviation or abnormal noise.
Keep brake parts clean without oil stains and dust to prevent braking failure.
Adjust the brake stroke regularly to ensure the brake resets smoothly without dragging or locking.

5. Daily Use & Storage Specifications
Do not overload or overspeed. Start and drive smoothly according to the rated load capacity.
Avoid long-term driving on waterlogged, muddy and sharp road surfaces to prevent damage to chassis and electrical components.
Park the trolley on flat, dry and shaded ground to avoid long-term sun exposure and rain immersion, which will accelerate component aging.
Clean the vehicle body after each use and check key parts to eliminate minor faults in advance.
6. Regular Professional Inspection
Conduct a comprehensive vehicle inspection every 1 to 3 months according to usage frequency.
Arrange professional personnel to conduct in-depth detection of battery performance, motor operation and circuit safety every 6 to 12 months.
